Saturday Sketch #1 Sep 2012

For this Sat. Sketch I have given the 'Twig and Berry' Collection another try ... this time I was keen to try my hand at using a Christmas collection to make a non-Christmas page! I'm quite happy with how it all worked out too ... I love the earthy greens in this particular range and couldn't resist leaning towards them when I found this Sketch. It's a great Sketch ... I stuck quite closely to it as I thought that the paper-inside-the-same-paper effect was a brilliant one! The big metal piece on the page was just something I picked up on e-bay one day that I thought looked cool ... I love the hidden treasures that you can find on e-bay! LOL
Thanks for stopping by for a look. Cheers from Kel.

This is the Sketch it was based on ...

Now, I'd like to know your secret... how on Earth do you get the sketches done EVERY week???

LOL Alanna ... I run a class on Saturday mornings called 'Saturday Sketches' where we do the Kaisercraft Sketch for that week ... so its a crime of convenience really! xo
