Sat. Sketch #1 Aug 2012
What an awesome sketch to kick August off with ... I've used more of the 'Save the Date' collection for this challenge and am having a ball digging out all the kids old birthday photos to use with this fun range.
I've mostly stuck with the die cuts from the collectables pack and some of the cute little epoxy stickers as well. I'm really loving the way this collection will bend itself to either girl or boy pages ... I like that kind of flexibility in my papers!
Anyway, here is the sketch that this layout is based on...

Saturday Sketch #4 June 2012
Well I just couldn't resist one last layout using 'The Lakehouse' paper collection ... this Saturday Sketch left me with lots of room to move by way of design and I just loved using all these great stickers from the Lakehouse sticker sheet. Here is the sketch this is based on ...
I tipped it once to the right.

Saturday Sketch #2 May
Well here we are with another Saturday Sketch ... This time I've used the new 'Rockpool' collection from Kaisercraft, I adore all the earthy tones in this paper collection, they even tie in with all the bright beach photos I have of all my kids ... in fact they seem to compliment the colours rather than compete for attention ... I think that is my favourite thing about the Rockpool papers. I have again fallen in love with Droplets it seems, after forgetting that they existed for a couple of years (LOL)... droplets are the little blue epoxy drops you can see all over this page .... rhinestones and pearls might be perfect for girly pages, but droplets are just the thing for boy pages!!
This is also my favourite Saturday Sketch by Kaisercraft so far ... I love that there wasn't too much on the sketch which ment I had more scope for making things up myself!!
And here is a copy of the sketch:
As you can see for my layout I flipped this sketch once to the right.
If anyone else would like to try out this Sketch and enter the Saturday Sketch comp over on the Kaisercraft Blog, then just follow THIS link. Good Luck and have a great week.
Smiles from Kel.

A Timeless male card
Kaisercraft have released a heap of new papers in their 'Timeless' collection that are so wel suited to heritage and male themes that it was a pleasure to knock up this card for my design team application. I often find it REALLY hard to come with stuff for the older male demographic, but these new papers are making this much easier! LOL

On The Move Layout
FINALLY a boyish layout ... Made using the 'On the Move' paper collection from kaisercraft. What a lot of fun this was to make ...I simply LOVE all those flying banners and the new die cut collectables make embellishments sooooo easy ( no more cutting!!). I'm sure I'll be using this collection more in the future as it suits my husband perfectly :) LOL
I've nothing much else to say about this LO .. very easy to do with this collection and very fun to boot! :) Smiles from Kel.
